How long does it take to respond?
We aim to respond to all inquiries within 24 hours. Our customer service team works Monday through Friday, 10 AM to 6 PM IST. Messages received outside these hours will be addressed the next business day.

How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number and a link to follow your package. You can also check your order status anytime in your account dashboard.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we ship within India. We're expanding our international shipping options soon. Subscribe to our newsletter to be notified when international shipping becomes available.
What's your return policy?
